EXHIBITION CONCEPT

INITIAL SITUATION AND OBJECTIVE

Energy has many faces, this was the message conveyed by EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG at the E-world energy & water trade fair from 16 to 18 February 2016 in Essen. This year, rather than product presentations,

the main focus was dialogue with product experts directly on the exhibition stand. As specialists in innovative energy solutions, trade and operations, EnBW experts were on hand to engage in discussions and answer questions.

IDEA AND IMPLEMENTATION

Panama designed the complete exhibition concept for EnBW. As well as the new-look exhibition stand, including a presentation of the new "Sm!gt" solar-charging light,

Panama also drafted all printed materials (direct mailings, advertisements, promotional videos, online banners, flyers, drinks menus, hostess outfits) as well as revising the entire

series of presentations. The key visuals added emotional appeal to all aspects of energy generation and ensured consistent communication.

UNCHARTED TERRITORY

One new feature this year was the series of live presentations on the latest products and services for the modern energy world.

Topics ranging from e-training courses for the energy sector to energy actions and marketing of electricity from renewable energies

were discussed in detail with the audience by EnBW product experts and reference customers.

OBJECTIVE ACHIEVED

The exhibition concept was a complete success. The new-look stand attracted above-average visitor numbers and the series of presentations also generated great interest on both days of the exhibition.

Using emotional key visuals, we managed to add expressive appeal to all aspects of energy generation and convey a consistent message across all advertising media.
