But like the entire care sector, the EHS is increasingly applying for skilled workers - and it has a lot to offer. Good salary/wage, job-security, harmonious cooperation - there are many reasons to choose an employer. But not everywhere

Our message to the target group, on which our campaign is based, is the following: Imagine, there is</span

an employer right how you would imagine them: The EHS. Visually, too, we are following a path that is unseen in this sector: not photorealism, but illustrated people. People who correspond to the EHS target group. People whose wishes and thoughts manifest themselves symbolically above their heads.

The result is a brand booklet, an image ad series with 6 key visuals, posters and postcards and an employer brochure. We also provided the complete set-up

and editorial planning for the Social Media appearance of the EHS. Immediately after the start of the campaign, the first successes were achieved:

67 new nursing staff were hired, the employees have never been so satisfied in the company's entire history and the campaign will be continued over the next few years.
