The digital service provider for the municipalities of Baden-Württemberg has to change its name. For legal reasons. Just shortly after a merger and in the middle of the self-discovery process of the seven locations and 1600 employees.
We accompany the nameless "public law institution" through its rebranding process. All employees are involved in the name finding process, and a core brand team contributes the parameters for a new brand self-awareness.
The new brand name puts the municipalities - and thus the customers - at the focus. The subsidiary "civillent" supports cities and municipalities outside of Baden-Württemberg. In the logo, an abstract sextant points the way to digital sovereignty.
